Vivienne Wei is a builder of AI-native operating systems at enterprise scale. She partners with boards, CEOs, and executive teams to move organizations from AI experimentation to durable, AI-powered growth, reorganizing how work gets done by embedding human–agent collaboration directly into enterprise operating models.
A senior operating leader at Salesforce, Vivienne governs and orchestrates product engineering systems across Platform, Data, AI, Agentforce, and Applications, supporting a $40B+ global business and 10,000+ engineers. Her work focuses on the “messy middle” of transformation—where ambition exceeds operating reality, and she is known for installing the execution, financial discipline, and governance required to scale AI safely and profitably.
Wall Street–trained and Silicon Valley–honed, Vivienne operates at the intersection of capital, technology, and transformation. She co-authored the Harvard Business School case on Salesforce’s Agentforce, advises boards on AI governance and cybersecurity, and brings a board-level lens to risk, trust, and accountability in AI-native enterprises. She is NACD board-certified in cybersecurity and is frequently engaged when speed, scale, and regulatory scrutiny converge.
Vivienne is also an active advisor and investor to founders building the next generation of enterprise platforms. She is drawn to companies moving beyond AI demos toward real systems: those redesigning workflows, incentives, and decision-making around agents as a new layer of digital labor.
